It is my great privilege and pleasure to invite you to participate in our 2^nd Annual International Conference, which will be held from the 23^rd to the 27^th of April 2011 in the city of  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Medical knowledge both in research and clinical practice has been expanding at a rapid rate over the last few decades, with more complex modalities of investigation and treatment. This meeting presents an opportunity to discuss our experiences, current trends in the management of childhood illnesses with our colleagues both here in the Kingdom and from overseas, who are caring for pediatric critically ill patients.
