Visa Information for Saudi Arabia
Residents of all countries must obtain a visa to visit Saudi Arabia. American citizens & residents can apply at the Saudi Embassy in Washington. Canadian citizens and residents can apply at the Saudi Embassy in Ottawa. British subjects & residents can apply at the Saudi Embassy in London. If you are from another country please contact your local Saudi Embassy for visa information.
Online visa processing is available via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website (Arabic Only) for conference participants in the Middle East region.

All business visa applicants require a "Letter of Invitation" from the sponsoring agency (The Saudi Critical Care Society) that is to be included with your visa application.
If you have registered for the conference AND paid your conference fees please fill in and submit the form below. Once the form is submitted, a member of the SCCS 2010 Jeddah staff will verify your payments and registration and then send you your invitation letter.

We are pleased to assist you to obtain a visa to enter Saudi Arabia. Please fill in the fields below to give us the information needed to prepare an "Invitation Letter" which you should include with your application for a visa.
Once you send this form a member of the organizing committee will check to make sure you are registered to attend the conference. Upon confirmation of your registration an email will be sent to you containing your invitation letter.
