Course Description:

The mechanical ventilation course is a 2 day course focused on the fundamentals of mechanical ventilation. 

This course covers most areas of mechanical ventilation including physiology, basic settings, advanced modes and troubleshooting. 

The course is composed of 2 sections:  a morning lecture series followed by afternoon workshops where participants gain hands-on experience.

Target Audience:

Nurses, respiratory therapists and doctors in training. In fact, senior residents and fellows in intensive care, anesthesia and emergency medicine will find this course very useful.
